EZ Fiestas provides catering services for events including taco catering and live mariachi performances. Our services are available upon booking and may vary based on availability, location, and event size.

2. Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation: To secure a booking, a signed contract and deposit may be required. Your booking is only confirmed once we have received the required deposit (if applicable) and sent you a confirmation.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due 7 days before the event. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations made 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund, subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 Hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Client Responsibilities

Event Details: You are responsible for providing accurate details about your event, including location, guest count, and any special requests. Any changes to your event details must be communicated in advance.

Event Space: You agree to provide a suitable space for our catering setup, including necessary accommodations for cooking equipment.

Permits: You are responsible for ensuring that any necessary permits or permissions are obtained for your event.

4. Refunds and Modifications

Refunds: Refunds will be provided only in accordance with our cancellation policy. If we are unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of services.

Modifications: Any changes to your booking (guest count, location, time, etc.) must be requested at least 2 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Liability

Service Quality: We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, or venue restrictions).

Damage: We are not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during your event unless caused by our negligence or misconduct.
